So What Do I do for Eyesight Improvement?
Routine eye exercises every day for one month, may eventually help many people see a dramatic development in vision. Try it yourself and see the difference when you make eye exercises. Your eye doctor can of course check with a professional eye test machine.
First you have what is called Side Moving. To do it, move your eyes from side to side with caution as you should only move your eyeballs. Don’t include your and eyebrows. This process will exercise the muscles on each side of your eyes, and can be done with both eyes or at once while having one eye closed. You can try to do some other ways to get maximum benefit from eye exercises.
You can also do, Eye Rolling. Yes. Just like what you see when girls sneer you. The eye-rolling can be a tedious exercise but totally worth the aggravation. Be careful as you would with any other eye exercises so as not to overdo it.
You can also do Cross-Eyed Exercise. To perform this, this is a good practice to help the eyes have great vision during close ups. Using a pen, simply hold the object in front of you, and focus on its cap or some distinctive features written on it and move it towards you nose until the you see double. You will only need a couple of minutes daily to see the difference.
If you’re still not convinced that eye exercises can lead to improved vision, I respect that as it is a normal reaction. My advice is that you do what feels right for you and do not forget to do is research. The worst that can happen is when you do nothing. Good luck!
